i haven’t really been getting much traffic here yet, so much to my surprise…i had a comment awaiting approval this morning! wha? som-monkey’s out there reading this? ah ha…not so fast. i got my handy dandy Akismet plugin installed, which caught the comment it it’s feisty little monkey tracks:
Uh, thanks but no thanks. did you, “AdSense Money Maker”, notice that i don’t have any ads (AdSense or otherwise) running on this site at all? What makes you assume that because i don’t have ads running on my site that means i don’t know how to do it?
so…”AdSense Money Maker”, i have a question for you? do you know what Akismet is? how about SPAM?

Is it me, or do this guy have not left a link to the spam ? Is he havn’t then what’s the use to post it ?
I’m seeing increasing number of spam comments in my moderation which beat the akismet filter.
Adidas, i do not think i had nofollow taken off the blog comment when i posted that. i got the do follow plugin a few months ago. i have not seen an increase in spam comments. and what i have gotten has all been caught by akismet so far.
Yeh, Akismet kills them all, I wonder How would blogging would be if there is no Akismet :d
